Details on the Move
When are we moving? Friday, February 6, 2026
Where are we going? We will begin meeting at Superica Restaurant, 3850 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30342.
Why are we moving? The building we were meeting in has been sold. The new owners were kind and gracious to allow us a few weeks in the new year to transition.
What about my hybrid group? We will continue to support groups that use laptops and Zoom to welcome virtual attendees. You should arrive early on the first week to find a quiet spot for your group. We will provide FMMF wifi for the duration of our meeting time on Fridays.
Anything special planned? On our first Friday, February 6, we will have complimentary Chick-fil-A breakfast provided at 7:00 a.m., followed by our morning talk. Our special guest is Larry Cooper, speaking about his life experience, coming out of a 40-year addiction to begin helping teenagers avoid his earlier path in life. The table time will be abbreviated on this first day as we allow for time to find the “spot” for your specific table.
Can I invite men? Yes! By all means. Send them to this web page (leadmin.org/buckhead) which has a map and details (below) for our Friday Men’s Tables. Use an invite graphic (below) to post to your social media or email.
CURRENT STUDY: TITUS AND THE ISLAND
The Apostle Paul leaves his disciple Titus behind on the island of Crete. Titus is to recruit leaders to grow the church and share their faith on this highly influential, and deeply corrupt, Mediterranean island. His letter to Titus is a masterclass is leadership development, influential relationships, and setting a meaningful example for others.
WHAT IS the Men’s Table?
When four men gathered for breakfast on a Friday morning in 1982, they determined to find lessons in leadership from the greatest leader of all time—Jesus Christ. The Bible is the best source for leadership lessons, with faith as the foundation. The Friday meetings began to include a short leadership talk, followed by time around the table. One table grew to several, and then dozens. A small corner booth became a fellowship that eventually took up the whole restaurant.
Small groups of men at tables are comfortable enough to open up. Older men share wisdom and experience with the younger. Friendships deepen. Year by year, men were expanding in their faith and in their capacity to lead. Stories multipled. One man whose life was truly changed. Then another. Then scores. They had found a group of men that really meant something. A group that was authentic, self-sacrificing, willing to help. Always honest. Real.
One Men’s Table grew to many. Through 40 years, the theme has never changed. We are still equipping men to lead in marriage, in the home, in the workplace, and community.
