About the Author

Chris White, Sr. is the founder of Leadership Ministries, Inc. and the Leadership Development Company. Chris was an up-and-coming executive at a Fortune 500 company when a profound encounter with Jesus Christ changed his life and career trajectory. Along with his wife, Suzanne, he built a ministry to young business leaders from the ground up. He has impacted thousands of men from all walks of life over more than four decades of faithful service. Chris officially retired in 2018, but continues to share his faith, and pour his life and experience into men each week.

It began as a group of men meeting around a restaurant table in 1982. Their desire was simple—to become better leaders as they learned from and followed the greatest leader of all time, Jesus Christ.
